I am a Experience Design Strategist based in Boston, USA. I’m passionate about creating delightful experiences for communities of all kinds.
There are many labels for what I do. Experience designer. User researcher. Business designer. Design strategist. Service designer. Brand strategist. Innovation strategist.
I work with teams to build resilient business models, profitable marketing strategies, and impactful product and service experiences both digital and physical.

I’ve had the honor of winning awards from NASA, Bain & Co., and Northwestern University. My work has been made into a case study, been in the news, and been on TV.
I’m trained in business design, design thinking, and human-centered design.
I’ve studied in the US, France, and Canada. I have a BBA in International Business and a BS in Textile & Apparel Design from the University of Texas at Austin. I earned an MBA in Business Design from the University of Toronto.

Mentor & Advise. I’m on the board of the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts, where I am also Chair of the Governance Committee. I am a “Mastermind” advisor to women entrepreneurs at Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab Venture Accelerator at Babson College’s Frank & Eileen™ Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership.
Teach. I’ve been a business professor at Endicott College and a guest speaker at the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD).
Volunteer. and I regularly work as a translator at the polls on election days in Boston.
